PHCC of the Sacramento Valley is a proud chapter of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association, the nation’s leading organization for plumbing and HVAC professionals.
We represent and support contractors throughout , connecting business owners, managers, contractors, and apprentices with the resources they need to succeed.
Since , PHCC of the Sacramento Valley has led the promotion, advancement, education, and training of the plumbing and HVAC industry. Over the years, the association has established the framework for the industry’s first apprenticeship system, championed the cause of safe and adequate sanitation in state legislatures, encouraged the invention of improved plumbing appliances and fixtures, and spearheaded education programs designed to keep pace with ongoing technological change.
